Fun in the Snow

 snowangel.jpg

Snowangels, Snowmen, Snowfights it's all great! Throughout Kosciuszko National Park there are wonderful hills to explore and have fun in.

Cooma gets an occasional day where it snows but unfortunately, it doesn't last too long.

 Tobogganing

You can toboggan anywhere in Kosciuszko National Park where there is an open hill that is safe for you to pull your car off the road or highway and not endanger passerbys. Most visitors toboggan off the Kosciuskzo Road at Daniers Gap, at Dead Horse Gap off the Alpine Way or off the Snowy Mountains Highway at Kiandra.

There are also designated Toboggan and Snowtube Parks at Selwyn and Perisher Ski Resorts. These areas are groomed and have a tow lift to get you back up the hill. Entry Fees apply.
