When it comes to eating out in the Cooma district the world is at your feet.  Over the years the nations of the world have been brought to Cooma, most notably by the Snowy Mountains Scheme, allowing us to boast an exciting and diverse selection of restaurants, cafes and wineries.

While you're here don't miss a taste of the local produce.  Goat cheese, organic herbs, gourmet lavender, dips, chutneys, spices and of course our local trout - smoked, poached, grilled or even as a pate with sundried tomato.

A visit to one of our local wineries or distilleries is a must.  The Monaro region and Snowy Mountains offers a wide range of cold climate wines, beer, schnapps & vodka.
